All standard items on our website are shipped within 9–12 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country of residence.
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Items may be returned within 14 business days from the date of receipt, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was received.

Custom-made or personalized items are handcrafted to order in Japan, with an estimated production and shipping time of up to 30 business days.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these pieces, order cancellations, modifications, or returns are not accepted once production has begun.

Each custom item is individually sewn by hand using the highest-quality materials and craftsmanship. These items are covered by our lifetime guarantee, ensuring that repairs or adjustments will be provided when needed, in accordance with our warranty terms.
