We stand behind the craftsmanship of every kimono we make, and we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty & Repair Service for original purchasers.

2. Scope of the Warranty

Our lifetime warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects – such as faulty stitching, fabric flaws, or construction issues present at the time of purchase.

  • Hardware defects – issues with closures, fastenings, or decorative elements that fail under normal use.

3. What’s Not Covered

While we strive to keep your kimono beautiful for years to come, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Stains, fading, or fabric damage due to sun exposure, washing, or cleaning methods

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or alterations by third parties

  • Damage from moths, insects, or environmental conditions (e.g., mold, damp)

  • Loss or theft

4. Repair & Return
